Newly renovated in July of 2007, this quaint 1920’s house is located several minutes outside of town near the Russian River on Fitch Mountain. The house offers the tranquility of a country setting with the convenience of a 3-mile drive into town for great shopping, world-class dining and many tasting rooms.

The completely remodeled cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bath, living room, full kitchen, outdoor deck & BBQ area, private outdoor spa and garage.
The master bedroom with large picture windows that look out on the forest has a queen bed, fireplace and television. The smaller bedroom, whimsically decorated in yellow with dashes of green, features both a comfortable pillow top double bed and a single futon couch.
Every Convenience
In the living room a comfortable double futon folds out for additional sleeping space or for relaxing. An open space kitchen includes all major appliances and dishware. Off the kitchen is a desk alcove with hi-speed Internet for your laptop.
The dining foyer and cozy reading nook open out to the side deck leading to the hot tub. A gas grill on the lower patio is perfect for families to BBQ on the warm summer nights. A short walk down the street provides access to the beautiful Russian River beach - towels provided in the entryway bench.
